We have upgraded launchpad’s email functionality to give you more control over your communication with supporters. Now, when sending emails to your backers for a new project, you can exclude those who have purchased or backed the new campaign.
By excluding backers who have already pledged to the new project, you can tailor your messaging to those who haven’t yet participated, encouraging them to join in without sending redundant emails to existing supporters.
If you have set up a late pledge for your Kickstarter campaign, wondering how to send an instant survey to backers. We are now able to send surveys to backers once they’re imported by clicking one button:
