Here is an instruction on how to use PledgeBox for your crowdfunding campaign:

1. Get an account to connect to Kickstarter/Indiegogo campaigns: 

Go to the PledgeBox and create an account. You will need to provide your name, email address, and password.

After connecting your campaign, the system will automatically synchronize campaign data.

2. Set up the Surveys:

PledgeBox specializes in Pledge Management and allows Creators to collect information from your backers, such as shipping addresses, SKU variants, and marketing questions.

Also allows Creators to add extra products for purchase, add extra shipping fees and/or taxes, used to gather everything needed to fulfill the campaign.

3. Track Survey progress and manage Orders: 

After sending surveys, PledgeBox allows you to track the Survey progress of the campaign, including the money you have raised.

Creators can also manage Orders in one place, like modifying order details, checking the payments, and offering special discounts… 

The system will notify backers who haven’t completed the Survey every week, and help Creators collect shipping information faster. 

4. Notice Backers the Shipping progress: 

PledgeBox allows you to keep your backers informed of the shipping progress, and ensure that they receive their rewards.

5. Pre-Order store: 

Creators can launch a Pre-order landing page via PledgeBox, like an independent online store. Just share the link with those who didn’t buy on Kickstarter/Indiegogo.
