You can now fully personalize the sender information for your Surveys. Adjust the sender’s name and contact details to align with your brand or communication style.

Additionally, when paired with the Customized Domain feature, this enhancement boosts the credibility of your Surveys and reinforces your brand image. Backers are more likely to trust and engage with a Survey that feels consistent with your identity, leading to improved communication outcomes.

In-Survey Notifications

We’ve added a notification feature directly within the Survey page. When backers visit their Survey, they’ll see a pop-up notification that lasts for 3 seconds, prompting them to review important updates or complete necessary actions. This ensures they stay informed and respond promptly, all while remaining on the same page.

Flexible Product Overlay Status

We’ve made it easier to customize how products are displayed in your Surveys. You can now adjust the order and overlay status of your items, creating a cleaner and more intuitive layout. This flexibility ensures your backers enjoy a smoother and more user-friendly experience when completing their Surveys.
